PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • USPS Carrier-Calculated Rates
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight
  • FREE SHIPPING
    • Available on all orders of $50.00 or more

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after shipment

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping options include:

  • USPS International
    • Carrier-calculated rates
  • DHL Express
    • Carrier-calculated rates
  • UPS Shipping
    • Carrier-calculated rates
  • FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • Available on all orders of $50.00 or more

Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on destination

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to the United States and the following international markets: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

PACKAGE TRACKING

All shipments include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at shellsofkeywest@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your shells in perfect condition.
