A striking matched pair of Caribachlamys sentis personally collected from the deep waters of the Dry Tortugas. This specimen displays an exceptional vivid orange to reddish-orange coloration on both valves, a highly desirable color form that stands out immediately in any pectinid collection.
The exterior shows fine radial ribbing with rich, uniform pigmentation, while the interior exhibits soft peach and salmon tones. The bright coloration is present on both valves, creating an attractive and well-balanced display specimen.

Excellent matched pair retaining both valves. The specimen displays vibrant orange coloration, good symmetry, and strong overall presentation. Minor natural wear is present and consistent with deep-water collection but does not detract from its display quality.

Personally collected from baited lobster traps fishing 200–240 feet in the Dry Tortugas. Bright orange specimens of Caribachlamys sentis are particularly attractive and make excellent additions to Gulf of Mexico, Florida Keys, and deep-water scallop collections.
