A very nice specimen of Cinctura tortugana, a species associated with deeper water habitats of the Dry Tortugas region. Specimens from Pulley Ridge are particularly interesting to collectors because of the unique deep-water environment where they occur.
This specimen was personally collected by me while commercial lobster fishing on Pulley Ridge.
