Beautiful Naria turdus personally collected from deep-water lobster traps in the Dry Tortugas, Florida. This specimen features rich golden-tan coloration with dense dark spotting, a glossy surface, and a nicely developed body form. The base is clean with strong teeth and excellent overall presentation.
An attractive and well-preserved deep-water Thrush Cowrie collected from 160–180 feet aboard the F/V AVA PILAR. Authentic trap-collected specimens from the Dry Tortugas remain highly desirable among serious cowrie and regional shell collectors.
