This beautiful juvenile Phyllonotus whymani displays vibrant golden-orange coloration with excellent contrast and well-developed early sculpture. Personally collected from the deep waters of Pulley Ridge, this specimen is an attractive example of this sought-after Florida endemic described by Petuch & Sargent in 2011. Despite its small size, it exhibits excellent form and strong eye appeal, making it a great addition for collectors specializing in micro or juvenile Muricidae.

Grade: Good Quality – Juvenile
A very attractive juvenile specimen with rich golden-orange coloration, a glossy surface, and a well-preserved protoconch. The shell retains crisp sculpture and an excellent overall profile for its size. There is a small natural imperfection at the end of the siphonal canal consistent with deep-water trap collection, but it does not detract from the specimen’s overall display quality.
