Vokesimurex rubidus 28.1 mm (1.11”) – Gem Quality – TSC #0127MUR-TSC

This Vokesimurex rubidus was personally collected by me while commercial lobster fishing in the Dry Tortugas, Florida. It was recovered from a baited lobster trap set in 180–200 feet. This is a beautiful live-taken Gem Quality specimen featuring exceptional coloration, a long intact siphonal canal, crisp sculpture, and a bright yellow operculum.
